Following this, we can discuss options for an hourly rate or project rate tailored to your architectural design needs, including assembly details, budgeting, and timelines for your home design or home remodeling projects, all while focusing on sustainable homes.
A bit more in depth and building design details for your specific project and climate, we can put together a project rate for you.
Full service design and consultation services. You will receive the full blueprints and ready to start building. We will even work with your builder every step of the way.
Let us do all the work for you! We will run the project and get you going with a well executed and buildable home. Rates are variable but typically under 20% of the home or remodel cost.
